Primus International Ltd was founded in 2023 by Ian Bell, a seasoned Process Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the upstream energy sector. Ian previously established Optimus in 1999, which grew into a successful venture before its acquisition by PD&MS in 2022. Building on this legacy, Ian identified an opportunity to create a global engineering company with the depth of experience needed to deliver outstanding results for both the Oil & Gas Industry and the emerging Renewable Energy sector.
